PeopleConnect's Contract Recruiting Services™ provides client/companies with highly experienced and extremely well trained technical recruiters - people who know what it's like to recruit in today's fast paced environment.

We provide trained professionals who have "been there and done that". We spend a considerable amount of time with each company to ascertain their needs and to find the professional who will fit in well with the corporate culture.

In addition to providing top quality individuals for on-site or off-site recruiting, we closely supervise their work to ensure that hiring objectives are being met.

Since our recruiters are employees of PeopleConnect, you won't have to deal with payroll taxes, management and supervision of the individual, etc. - we do it all.

Contract Recruiting Services™ personnel are available for three months to one year terms. Compensation is on an hourly basis with the rate determined by the amount of experience and expertise required to staff up. In addition, a small bonus in stock options and cash is provided per hire to PeopleConnect.
