CHIEF MARKETING OFFICERS

Adam is a proven executive with a strong track record of both successfully launching and managing software, hardware and SaaS companies. In his 18+ years of experience, he has provided senior marketing expertise to companies in industries including technology (SaaS, VoIP, online services, Linux, document search, lasers) as well as legal and quick serve restaurant. Regardless of the industry, he continues to grow market presence, grow market share, grow revenue and help his clients and companies become market leaders.

His experience includes launching new products, implementing outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, developing strategic partnerships and programs, building customer bases, managing SEM, SEO and web referral programs, as well as creating programs to optimize web presence. He has hands-on experience with all aspects of marketing includes marketing strategy, marketing research, competitive research, messaging, pricing, marketing communications, advertising, direct mail, sales tool creation, partner marketing, channel marketing, and PR.

He has experience running a business of $10 million dollars and managing a staff of up to 30 people, with up to 7 direct reports. His expertise is in helping small to medium size organizations succeed.

 

Todd is a software industry executive with over 25 years experience, including 15 at the Vice President level. He is an expert in all facets of marketing, from vision to execution. His industry expertise includes telecommunications, financial services and customer services applications. He rounds out his marketing background with technical expertise in data and knowledge managements, search, analytics, web self-service and telco service delivery platforms. He is skilled at building teams from scratch, as well as managing large, diverse organizations. He also has experience leading and contributing to multiple successful venture financings.

What sets Todd apart from others is his ability to go deep on technology when needed and still understand the target market for messaging and demand generation. He has the ability to get collaboration from his team as well as across departments and functions. He is as comfortable developing strategy and an execution plan as he is rolling up his sleeves and writing collateral, product plans and presentations.

His track record includes nearly tripling revenue and average deal size for his most recent client while shifting the company’s focus and business plan. He has built teams and strategies from scratch as well as led efforts to rebrand and reprice products.

Todd is comfortable in small, medium and large organizations. He has managed a staff of up to 65, with up to 11 direct reports. He has overseen multi-million dollar budgets.

VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING

Steven is an experienced marketing executive who builds corporate value by optimizing online consumer experiences leading to monetization. He has run marketing, programming, and business development for innovative and leading edge technology companies, led marketing efforts at an online event ticketing company that resulted in a $110M acquisition by Ticketmaster. He has also served as member of founding marketing team responsible for positioning, marketing and promoting data mining based-CRM software that ultimately sold for over $500M.

Steven has executed successful consumer marketing programs across the “lifecycle” (including email, SEO, PPC, partner marketing, street teams, social networks, widgets, blogs and more) and has built, designed and executed PR campaigns leading to industry exposure as well as business coverage. His primary focus has been on small to medium size companies, helping them develop marketing plans and programs. He is also fully adept at running day-to-day operations, while managing internal and external marketing efforts.


MARKETING DIRECTORS

Brian is a results-oriented marketing and communications expert with incredible accomplishments in strategic market positioning, PR and integrated technology marketing. His 20+ years of experience includes working in IT, software, hardware, process automation, instrumentation, chemical, refinery, biomedical, aerospace, mobile & wireless technology, and manufacturing. He as adept at communicating with management at all levels, developers, end users, manufacturers & distributors, service providers and the media.

Brian has built a successful marketing management career around continuous and consistent growth (for one company he grew market and sales 30% each year for 3 years, even during difficult economic times. He has experience and success in penetrating new markets and building partnerships. His key value is in his dedication to make his clients successful, including traveling to meet with new partners and business both domestically and internationally.

He has over 15 years experience managing groups as small as 12 and as large as 160. He has overseen budgets ranging from $2 million to $20 million. His key success is in utilizing resources effectively and efficiently, regardless of industry, size or market placement.

 

Alan is a strong senior level marketing executive with an impressive educational background (an MBA from UCLA an da B.S. from the Wharton School of Business) followed by an equally impressive career.

For his most recent client (a start-up developing consumer based mobile applications), he created a global marketing strategy that grew registered users from 40,000 to over 2 million in 11 months. His experience includes securing distributor relationships, leading teams of both marketing managers and designers, developing customer communication plans, crafting corporate messaging and leading the design and development of web sites and sales collateral. He has successfully promoted companies on industry panels and secured coverage in top-tier publications (Business Week, San Francisco Chronicle), all without the use of an agency.

ONLINE MARKETING GURU

Kathy is a successful marketing leader with particular expertise in online marketing, customer acquisition and retention, brand positioning and analytics. Her online marketing know-how has helped create huge successes for her clients. She has a proven track record of increasing traffic (most recently she redesigned a web site and increased traffic by 30% through SEO and online advertising; she also increased sales by 45%), driving subscriber acquisition and retention and increasing customer lifetime value as well as decreasing subscriber defection. She understands the online marketing space, the online audience and what strategies will work best for her client.

She has overseen a staff of 10-15 and directly supervised up to 6 employees. At the same time, she is very comfortable working as in individual contributor to help create a winning strategy and campaign for her client.

Her focus is on customer attraction and retention, never losing sight of the fact that both are critical to the success of an organization.
