Our client is an established leader and an innovator in top quality printed sportswear and t-shirts, with state-of-the-art abilities for creating custom apparel. Their customers include major fashion brands as well as corporations and marketing promotions agencies. They are looking to add a stellar sales person/account rep to their team as they ramp up awareness of the company as the resource for cutting-edge technology, systems and creative collaboration in creating the coolest apparel around. You will be selling customized printing and production services to fashion brands and private labels, ad agencies and large corporations. You are an experienced and confident sales pro with a passion for fashion and casual apparel, most likely coming from a fashion company related to the youth market. You have at least 3-5+ years experience as a self-directed and results-producing outside sales person, have an outgoing and likeable personality, and have a personal style that fits their market. We are particularly looking for your ability to build solid relationships with buyers and designers, who are often brilliant and young casual trend-setters themselves. A rolodex with contacts in companies like Stussy, Billabong or Quiksilver would be ideal, and an understanding of youth culture is imperative. The offices are in Orange County, as are most of their customers, so you MUST currently reside locally. Some travel may be required for customers who are outside the area. Compensation is a solid base salary with a very generous and lucrative commission structure that can bring total compensation to more than $150K.
