Our client has built a lead generation network that will vastly increase dentists’ ability to attack new patients. They are an early stage startup and offer a strong growth opportunity to a motivated and experienced Tele-Sales/Inside Sales Rep. They have a successful method, including a phone script, for selling the services that is more coaching/consultative rather than being “pushy”. You will bring a pleasant phone voice, customer service skills, selling experience, the ability to make cold calls, an understanding of the sales cycle through the closing of a deal, a home computer and a phone. In addition, you will have a basic understanding of the internet, search engines, and outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate will have sold to medical or dental practices before and have the ability to explain basic technology to a non-technical person. In this role, you will be selling internet services that 90% of the dental community will want to have. These services will build up the doctors’ client base quickly at a very low cost. You will make calls from leads provided by the company, receive remote training about the services and have a coach to work with you for the first week. This is a virtual office role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You must have an excellent phone voice, be able to clearly articulate the services to a potential client, understand the sales cycle from cold call to closing a deal. Starting out you will receive a healthy commission on each service you sell. If you have the skills and drive for success, a base salary and commission structure will be provided after a trial period has been concluded. The potential of earnings range from $50k to over $100K in the first year based on your selling skills and level of drive/motivation.
