Our client is a fast growing company that has been around since 2002 and is the worldwide leader in image tracking. They are looking for people who like working with international colleagues and can multi task. The ideal candidate will thrive on making decisions, being able to share their point of views and have conviction around these business-based, and not opinion-based views. They will want to work hard, take on real responsibility, own the job and its success.

The ideal candidate will see continued learning and self-learning as a part of the job. The prospective candidate will also be able to write at a professional level, grasp strategic concepts and present them back in a conversational tone to our audience through social media.

If your smartphone never leaves your side, if you love commenting and engaging with social networks, if you are the one who is always connected and if you get hyped about interacting with people – getting them excited about a very cool tool that they want – let’s talk…We are looking for that star who wants to grow a community of users for a tool that enables every image to get credit – which monetizes images on the web.

What You Will Be Doing and Accountable For:

• You will own and run our very dynamic execution efforts for our 2010 and beyond social media and field marketing activities.
• You will be part of the strategic conversation about the media and field strategy and this includes social media, digital content distribution, blogger outreach and event marketing.
• You will become part of the conversation at multiple levels – you will follow and track trends, you will be the go-to person for being up to speed on the latest trends and opportunities.
• You will write, engage in the conversation, and post messaging based upon overall marketing plans. You will conduct surveys, and you will create field-marketing events (domestically, and possibly internationally). You will use a myriad of external social sites, including: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other community sites, blogs and apps.
• You will need to be very familiar with Google Analytics and other benchmarking and analytics programs to measure if our social media program is working and what needs improving.
• You will need to demonstrate experience and an aptitude for analysis and be a quick study and user.

What You Will Bring To the Table:

• Driven, positive, can-do attitude and a sense of humor are required.
• Realize that Social Media outreach is not a 9-5 job.
• You can demonstrate that you already use and are familiar with social media tools, platforms and products.
• 3-5 years experience building social media programs that achieved significant results through clever direct marketing and innovative solutions.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Desire and ability to work around an international schedule to ensure direct communication with international colleagues.
• BS/BA degree highly desired.
