Our client is a new and promising player in the renewable energy field. They have an innovative and creative model with the goal of removing your carbon footprint through a two-part process: increasing energy efficiency in homes and businesses and then replacing your consumption with renewable energy.
They are looking for a Business Development Executive to lead the branding efforts, set a clear image of the product, assess marketing opportunities and target markets, and gather intelligence on customers and competitors. On the sales side you will need to drive sales policies and processes, be key in generating leads for potential sales, and follow up on sales activity.
This is a managing director opportunity where your efforts will guide and drive the future of the company. Working closely with the CEO, you will monitor and assist with business model design as well as develop and deliver pitch and presentations to investors.
Not only will you help build on the foundation of the organization, but with your vision and leadership, you will help grow the company to a leader in the renewable energy field.
Your background must include experience in clean technology, and you must have a proven track record of developing strategy and executing on those strategies to create a winning organization. Experience in start-ups where processes are ambiguous and still being formulated is a must. Our client is looking for someone with a passion for clean technologies, an understanding of the market from the investor’s vantage point, as well as the user’s perspective.
