The ideal candidate will be multi-talented in languages that include PHP and JavaScript. Experience with SQL, working with large databases, scalable systems, Smarty type temples are needed. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess good time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once. Quality and detail focus is king in this role. Skills You Will Bring To The Table: • 5-10 years experience as a developer • Work for more than one or two companies, yet have held a position for more than two years at each company. • 4+ years experience with PHP, JavaScript, SQL and other technologies • Prior experience as a manager of two or more offshore engineers, desired • Experience coding for and testing content / layout in multiple browsers • Knowledge of website performance best practices (primarily image optimization) • UI troubleshooting abilities • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for creating, entering and editing web content • Able to identify, organize, and accomplish tasks in priority order • Ability to keep several projects moving ahead simultaneously with a minimal supervision • Must have a keen eye for detail.
