SUNNYVALE, CA
Our client is an established leader in care management for seniors, with services for personal care, financial management, financial coordination, medical filing and consulting with families, care providers and facilities, all managed through a secure internet platform for data storage and retrieval.

This is a huge market, with up to 50 million people estimated to be providing care to an elder in the U.S., and to meet that need, they have spun off a separate company to offer a similar online service for individuals, allowing families to have a central online site to store all important information about doctors, medications, providers, insurance and more, which can be accessed by hospitals, doctors and other care providers.

The website and service is launched and fully functional, beautifully designed, and works perfectly. The founder has invested his time and money into building everything out, and they have built a beginning base of subscribers, but now it’s time to take things to another level.

To do that, they are looking to take this great product and turn it into a thriving and widely used business, with subscription customers that will include individuals, assisted living centers, and HR and ERP plans, and that means bringing a talented and connected VP Sales on board.

You are an experienced sales executive who has proven success selling web-based software services into HR departments, hospitals, assisted living centers, and to membership groups where seniors can be found. The product and service is easy to present and explain, and people instantly grasp the value, so it’s going to be a matter of planning and executing on a great sales strategy. This job will require extensive travel.

The company is located in Sunnyvale, and we are looking for a local candidate. Also, because they are looking for funding, they need someone who is able to work for equity in lieu of a paycheck until funding closes. This isn’t for everyone, but we are looking for that special entrepreneurial spirit who sees the advantage in that.
