As one of the most highly regarded scrap metals dealers and recyclers in the industry, our client is growing and adding a Sales Representative to its team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You could be part of a select sales team focused on delivering highly tailored sales and metals recycling solutions to the metals industry in Mid America. You will be serving those companies that have a need for the services our client offers, while building a long-term, satisfying career in a family/team based environment. To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated with a drive for high volume cold calling, setting up appointments, presenting to potential clients and ensuring the current customers’ needs are being met or exceeded. You must be someone of uncompromising integrity and ethics; have a competitive spirit and be driven to achieve success; be passionate about making a difference for your customers and community; desire a career that offers long-term professional satisfaction; seek the rewards of a job well done, including the honor and respect of your peers and customers. The ideal candidate must have: • 1- 3 years minimum experience as a sales representative, trader purchasing agent or a related support position. • Experience in and knowledge of the metals commodities markets, metals or metals recycling industry. • The ability to travel extensively. • Possess a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
