PeopleConnect's unique Contingency Plus™ recruiting service provides the thorough research of a retained search without having to pay in advance.

PeopleConnnect is old fashioned when it comes to payment for our full time perm placement services. We believe in delivering quality people to you and their being on your team before asking to be compensated.

What makes our Contingency Plus™ service unique is that we have experienced researchers and recruiters on our team who are able to use traditional head hunting methods in order to present you with the best available candidates for each of your available positions. Unlike retained firms, we don't ask to be paid up front.

INTERIM STAFFING

PeopleConnect provides interim personnel for venture funded enterprises. Whether you need Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Administrative, IT or Engineering people, PeopleConnect can be of service. Our team features temporary and temp to perm people.

We also provide part-time temporary and permanent contractors. If you need only a specialist for a specific project we can be of assistance there as well. We provide a change to "tryout" someone while getting short term needs met.

EMPLOYEES WITHOUT PAYCHECKS

PeopleConnect has had a great deal of success helping startups who need to have great people on their team, but don't have the funding yet to be able to hire them. We have found outstanding people who are willing to work for equity only or equity plus commission until a startup company has secured its next round of funding. Our candidates are seeking full time permanent employment. We help you negociate the package. They begin work without a paycheck and when your next funding round is complete the candidates' base kicks in. Until then, they receive their monthly salary in options.
