Jodi Milam- West Coast Director
Jodi Milam is an experienced recruitment professional with twenty years of overall "Recruiting" experience. An expert in “old fashioned head hunting” she has experience in High Tech, Emerging Technologies, Wireless, E-Commerce as well as Non-Profit Organizations.

Jodi's corporate search assignments have included: Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, Operations, Finance and Technical.

Leslie Ayres-Senior Recruiter
Leslie Ayres brings a diverse background to PeopleConnect that includes 14 years as a successful recruiter and recruiting manager, and as owner of a staffing service. A Certified Employment Specialist, her direct and human approach has built relationships with the Bay Area's top employers who trust her judgment and ability to balance the needs of the hiring company with the needs of the new hire. Dena Dimi- Senior Recruiter
Dena Dimi has 18 years of demonstrated experience in recruiting and in the development of staffing strategies which support various business objectives. In 1987, after a successful career in fashion, Dena ventured into recruiting, where she became a team leader, a motivator, and a respected professional. Her ability to collaborate effectively, to demonstrate flexibility to meet varying customer needs and maintain multiple priorities while promoting company initiatives, quickly led to high honors and success. During her first year in the industry, Dena was recognized among her peers, which included 200 offices, with the coveted “Chairman’s Club” award.

From 1987 to 1995 Dena worked for Snelling and Snelling Personnel Services where she diligently placed office services and accounting professionals. In 1995, she was asked to transfer into the technical division, where after a quick study, she was able to maintain her top producer status. In 1996, when Robert Half International bought Snelling, Dena was named Division Director of IT Search. She built, directed and retained a highly effective team of recruiting professionals and other support staff. She lead by example, and managed an end to end recruiting process to drive and motivate the team to successful high volume recruitment of excellent caliber candidates to implement a results driven recruitment strategy. In 2000, Dena was the only recruiter ever, out of 200 offices nationwide, to achieve 100% accuracy in filling requisitions.

Connie Martin- Senior Recruiter
Connie has been recruiting senior- and mid-level executives in the high tech and financial services industries for over eight years. Formerly, she assumed project management and resource management roles for two Big 4 consulting firms, a global ERP software company and a Peoplesoft implementation consulting firm.

Connie stresses the importance of becoming well versed in her clients’ product/services strategy, market position, management environment and company culture. She is adept at becoming the spokesperson for her clients, representing those firms as they would expect of any company executive.

Connie graduated from CSU Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Statistics.

Karline Kosdrosky
Karline Kosdrosky brings over two years of biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device recruiting experience in addition to ten years of corporate work experience in high tech marketing and sales. Her solid networking skills along with her sourcing strategies bring in top talent to Bay Area biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Karline has filled positions such as Clinical Operations Director, Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Research Manager. Regulatory Affairs Manager, Project Manager and Medical Device Engineer.

Becki Dunaway-Senior Recruiter
Becki has 9 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the High Tech industry - primarily in the Silicon Valley where she lived for nearly 20 years. Becki has spent most of her recruiting years working on-site for clients within the Semiconductor Industry and as a result, she is strong at networking and building relationships with all levels of management, candidates and HR Business Partners. In the most recent years, she has operated virtually from her office in Indianapolis, Indiana where she has successfully continued to support the recruitment efforts of Silicon Valley based employers. In addition to the Semiconductor industry, Becki has also been successful in Flat Panel Display, software and GPS related industries.

Carol Salomon Amaya-Senior Recruiter
Carol Amaya, SPHR, is the Senior Recruiter in charge of PeopleConnect’s Hospitality Division. She has over 15 years experience in the hospitality field.
Prior to opening Hospitality Educators, Inc., in November of 1994, Ms. Amaya was the Director of Education for the California Restaurant Association.

Since 1995, Ms. Amaya has been an instructor of human resource management for the Hospitality Management Department at San Francisco State University. In addition, she taught a variety of hotel and restaurant operation courses while working with the Management College of San Francisco as an adjunct faculty member of the American Hotel & Motel Association.

Prior to entering the hospitality arena, Ms. Amaya worked in corporate finance on Wall Street and in corporate and consumer banking after relocating to San Francisco.

Ms. Amaya received her Senior Professional Human Resource (“SPHR”) designation in 2002 from the Human Resource Certification Institute (“HRCI”), the credentialing body of the Society of Human Resource Management. Ms. Amaya is a certified instructor for the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association.
