Employees Without Paychecks
Our proprietary and innovative Employees Without Paychecks (EWP) recruiting model was created after the downturn of 2001 to help startups who desperately need top talent, but don’t yet have the funding to hire them.
Our recruiters are experts at finding remarkable entrepreneurial candidates who are willing to work for Equity Only or Equity Plus Commission, until a startup gets its next round of funding.
EWP candidates are seeking full-time employment and are willing to forgo salary for at least a few months. We help you negotiate their package, which includes the pre-funding equity period, when the monthly salary is paid in shares, and the post-funding compensation package.
