As the COO, you will have startup experience, including early stage (per A Series), fund raising, building out the roadmap for the day to day operations of the business, with scalability in the operations planning. Having been a part of the senior leadership team that built a company from ground up through successful exit strategy is a plus.

Your COO background includes working in a large business consulting firm, working directly with clients to develop their operations, product, sales and growth strategies. Prior experience in owning sales, product, and operations is critical.
