Wanted: Technical Co-Founder / Head of Engineering for a community marketing technology startup.
Community marketing activation software will soon be at the heart of every company's marketing stack. Our client is an early pioneer offering an innovative approach and solution that enables every company to reign full control and unlock the power of their most valuable asset: their communities.
They are looking for someone to take this to the next level and build a new standard of community marketing activation as the enterprise category leader. For their upcoming relaunch and ongoing development of their core product they need someone who is ready to build their masterpiece.
The company has already built a robust product, delivered significant value to its early customers, and is building out its direct sales channel funnel and lined up a couple of strategic partners.
You’ll work with a prestigious set of team members, clients, mentors, advisors and investors.
You'll be responsible for the entire technology stack until they get the funding (from their clients or investors) to add teammates who can fill in the gaps, while providing strategic stack leadership.

Do you have direct experience in marketing automation, social media marketing, and/or adtech?

We're looking for a technical CO-FOUNDER and not just a developer. This means that the expectations are higher and the reward is also higher.
Equity only at first, salary when they are funded. You're in this together. They have proven the model, gaining client traction, generated investor interest, and are pursuing fundraising, details to be disclosed during the interview process.
