Executive Coordinator (8003G)


Our client is a global investment community of accredited private equity angel investors, venture capitalists and corporate/institutional investors. They are a worldwide network of capital, re-sources and deal flow with 52 chapters on 3 continents. Our client’s members invest in high-quality, diverse investment opportunities. The community is strengthened through its involvement in social and charitable activities. We are seeking an individual who will provide support to the organizations Global Chapters.

What you will do as the Executive Coordinator:

  • Provide training, support and resources to all Chapters
  • Maintain unification between all Chapters- Brand consistent, policy consistent
  • Grow the Chapters -create opportunities through business development goals
  • Interact with Global Chapter presidents
  • Speak on Angel / VC panels and represent at industry events
  • Create and maintain global quarterly communication newsletters
  • Monitor, review and sustain all current and future Chapter contracts, licensing fees, and payments
  • Collect Chapter data and prepare spreadsheets
  • Enhance and grow local chapters in the Bay Area

What will you need to be successful as Executive Coordinator:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

  • 4+ years operations/ administrative experience with strong marketing skills
  • Experience working with VC’s and or Angel investors is a plus
  • Experience with video conference platforms
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
  • Start-up experience preferred
  • Outgoing and resourceful - Strategic thinker

The Scoop:

  • Due to the global community – It’s a very flexible work schedule with a work from home/virtual op-tion.
  • Must reside in the SF area
  • Some domestic and international travel
  • Base salary plus incentives
