Our client is a startup organization who provides unique molecular testing for clinicians, and advanced clinical translational research services for pharma drug development. They bring new approaches to preclinical and clinical studies to facilitate the personalized management of health conditions and diseases, in an effort to meet the ever-increasing needs of pharmaceutical companies and clinics worldwide.

The CRO must be experienced in presenting to potential investors and have a track record of raising capital.
The CRO will be the public face of the company, developing the guide book for potential investors on why this is the right investment opportunity.

The CRO will wear many hats, developing the culture of the organization, being the lead evangelist, and being the business mind. As part of a fast-growing organization, the CRO must be comfortable and adept in working in a lean, creative and flexible environment. These are just a few of the exciting elements of this opportunity.

To be a successful Chief Revenue Officer:

  • Proven, measurable track record of success in fundraising at A-round / B round (angel is OK)
  • 7+ years of current experience in C level (CRO, CEO, COO (if not C- -Level then VP with total involvement with fundraising)
  • Start-up experience
  • Be skilled at leveraging the healthcare/ biotech space
  • Create Revenue Streams/Models, and guidelines

COMPENSATION: Equity only opportunity for the first +/- 90 days- until Series A funding.
