Max is the founder and CEO of PeopleConnect, bringing remarkable energy, a rare blend of experience, a sense of creativity, and a tenaciousness that has made it possible for many startups and established companies to add key talent to their teams. A lifelong entrepreneur, a consummate networker and a business strategist, Max understands the minds and passions of startups and companies focused on growth.
Max has always been an expert in finding talent; he was the youngest talent scout in the history of the NBA, serving as Chief Scout for the Phoenix Suns. He owned and operated a company that produced sports camps for children, and baseball and basketball fantasy camps for adults, where he partnered with some of the biggest names in sports, including Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays, Pat Riley, Magic Johnson, John Wooden, and Billy Casper.
Max founded PeopleConnect Staffing in 1998, where he currently focuses on business development and client relations. He is an active member of several angel investment groups, and his passion for finding talent extends to introducing PeopleConnect clients to the professional resources they need to bring their company to the next level.
Director, Recruiting Operations
Vivi joined PeopleConnect in 2006 and has more than 17 years of experience in human resources and recruiting, having worked at a wide variety of organizations providing both tactical and strategic human resources support and solutions for corporations and subsidiaries in the pharmaceutical, high-tech hardware and software, and agricultural produce industries.
Her knowledge spans recruiting, staffing processes and management, employee relations, employee retention, succession planning, organizational development and training. Vivi’s recruiting philosophy is to focus on organizational cultural fit, department fit, as well as technical fit.
Vivi received her BA in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from San Jose State University. Outside of her work with us, Vivi maintains a consulting practice in human resources, and manages a very busy family as well.
Adam possesses 10 years in full lifecycle recruitment, having worked on both the agency and corporate sides of the business. He has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, high tech, information technology, software,aviation, market research, etc. Within those industries, he has recruited for numerous skill sets such as IT/telecom, sales, marketing, finance/accounting, project management, operations, client services, among others.
Adam is a big believer in first impressions, which is why he takes his job very seriously. Recruiters tend to be the first point of contact for job openings, and making a great first impression will set the tone for any prospective candidate. He enjoys the people aspect of recruiting and getting to interact with candidates on a daily basis. He also takes great pride in his work and gets the most satisfaction when he helps place someone at a great company.
Adam is married and has a 3 year old son. In his off-time, he enjoys being with family and friends, hanging out at the lake, working on old classic cars, and volunteering with various charitable organizations.
Glenna Brooks has over 25 years of comprehensive experience in the employment industry. With an extensive background in outplacement consulting, corporate recruiting, and staffing, she brings a robust background in human resources, job search, and high touch recruiting. She believes in an unwavering client/customer service commitment and will go the extra mile to achieve this.
She has a proven track record working with a variety of constituents across multiple industries. This broad industry experience includes working with major corporations, government organizations and colleges and universities. She has recruited and placed clients in positions ranging from call centers and admins to general counsel and corporate communications directors. Her extensive network of contacts reaches all over the mid-west, southern, and east coast states, allowing her to build key relationships and strategic partnerships.
Her Masters degree in Human Resources and Outplacement Consulting has prepared her to deliver career transition offerings, to assist in developing resumes, interviewing skills, and relevant correspondence. She is experienced in conducting full-cycle recruitment process on-site and in the virtual work environment for both exempt and non-exempt roles. Glenna has a private career counseling practice and is very active in her community volunteering in various organizations.

Karen has worked in the field of human resource for 18 years, acting as a strategic business partner with Fortune 500 and Global 100 companies to recruit top talent. She believes in creating a satisfying experience for both clients and candidates; working closely with all parties learning the culture and expectations of the client, the skills and desires of the candidates. Karen has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources since 1990.
Industry experience includes High Tech, Manufacturing, Education, Petroleum, Wood and Beverage. A wide range of positions filled include, CTos, VPEs, SVP of Operations, CTOs, VP Es, Controllers, VPs of Sales and Marketing, VPs of Operations and Administration, Director of Operations, Sales, Marketing, Research and Development, and Engineering.
Natalie is a multilingual Executive Search professional with 13 years of international recruiting experience in corporations and agencies in Europe and the USA. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff, clients and consultants globally. Highly proficient with social network platforms, job boards, networking strategies, searchingand sourcing passive candidates.
Natalie is knowledgeable about and experienced with web-based applicant tracking software, creative ways to finding talents, social media and external database searches. Effective in full cycle recruiting, including client development; using all methods of candidate recruitment; negotiating agreements; and making placements. She loves challenges and believe that to be out of the comfort zone is the best way to learn. She is proactive, self-disciplined and highly motivated. Natalie is a multitasking effective project manager with speed and accuracy in order to meet deadlines.
Natalie is a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with 20 years’ experience recruiting and building highly competent teams for high-tech global organizations. She has proven experience establishing successful talent acquisition strategies for a variety of constituents across multiple industries. Recognized for establishing strong business relations and networks from executive management teams to individual contributors on a national and global level. She is experienced in conducting full-cycle recruitment process on-site and remote, and has led many new office rapid startups for engineering and manufacturing companies.
In addition to talent acquisition, her experience includes leading HR Operations, HR Strategy, Leadership Development, Employment Compliance, and Compensation programs and initiatives for large corporations. Over the span of her experience she has managed and implemented various HR strategies and Leadership development programs supporting business efforts across North America.
Her experience ranges across various industries from engineering, manufacturing, health care, energy, and enterprise cloud software for Human Capital Management.
Natalie holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt and a BS in Organizational Management and Development from Bluefield College.
Natalie is also very active with volunteering to assist military veterans with their transition to the civilian workforce.
